NMH Makes the US News Honor Roll
In the recently released US News & World Report’s 2012-2013 “Best Hospitals” in America rankings, Northwestern Memorial is included on the Honor Roll; the list of the top hospitals in the nation. This is the first time in NMH history that we have achieved Honor Roll status. In addition to ranking 12th in the country, we are also the only hospital in both Illinois and the Chicago metro area to be ranked on the Honor Roll.
Multiple Department of Medicine specialties were nationally ranked, including:

#17 Cardiology and Heart Surgery
#12 Diabetes and Endocrinology
#17 Gastroenterology
#18 Geriatrics
#21 Nephrology
#17 Pulmonology
