Residency Bake Off 2011
The first Annual Residency Bake Off took place on Tuesday, Jan 25th, 2011. All baked goods were competing for awards in the sweet, savory, and most aesthetically appealing categories. Residents showed off their skills with dishes such as centuries old family style apple pie, cheesecake frosting muffins, home-made bagels, and carrot cake muffins.
Congratulations to Nancy Ho, winner of the Sweet Category with her chocolate cheesecake; Caroline Kalember, winner of the Savory Category with her beef enchiladas; and Nicholas Zwang, winner of the Most Aesthetically Appealing Category with his tarte grenobloise.
