Specialty preferences

During your specialty month, you will have a chance to rotate on two separate specialties (2 x 2 week blocks). Please rank specialties in order of preference by filling out the form below. If you do not respond by the deadline, I will assign you to remaining open slots not picked by other students (likely- not your top picks). I will do my best to accommodate your request but please keep your expectations reasonable. All students will receive at least one of their top three picks. Please keep in mind that it is unlikely you will get two out of your four top choices.

1. Create views or reports from the MATCH webform so people can search/sort/print results from the evaulations.
2. Create a webform for Maija's scheduling project.
2a. Needs reports and search functions as well, maybe views will accomplish this.
