I am interested in better understanding the reason why lung rejection occurs after lung transplantation in certain patients. This is most likely secondary to several factors including the type of immunosuppression, genetic factors and infectious causes on the immune system. I have also become interested in measures of frailty and sarcopenia in the lung transplant and Interstitial lung disease population.I would like to understand the impact of frailty on these conditions and most importantly, potential reversal of frailty through exercise and nutrition.[Shorten text]
