Women in Medicine
Thank you to everyone who attended our 7th Annual Women in Medicine Conference.
Your presence and participation made it a memorable event. We hope you found the lectures informative and engaging. As we wrap up this years's conference, we're already looking forward to next year's event in March 2026. We can't wait to see you again and continue the learning and networking journey.
Women in medicine face unique challenges and obstacles throughout their professional careers. These challenges may affect leadership development and opportunities for women in medicine resulting in a gender gap in the governance of academic medical centers. Women physicians and other healthcare workers previously lacked a conference or forum for discussing strategies to achieve equality in the workplace, wellness and work life balance, mentorship and career development.
